TREATMENT RESULTS OF POST-INFLAMMATORY HYPERPIGMENTATION OF THE WHITE LEAF SKIN LIGHTENING KIT

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of a product set consisting of White leaf skin lightening serum and White leaf sunscreen lotion or cream in the treatment of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Subjects and methods: Clinical trial study on 36 patients with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Results: After 12 weeks of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation treatment with White leaf skin lightening products, the IGA index decreased significantly (from 3.6 to 1.8). Melanin index measured by Mexameter also decreased after 3 months of treatment with a reduction rate of 52.6%. The undesirable effects are mainly encountered in the first month of using the product, at mild - moderate level. No serious cases were recorded. No systemic side effects have been reported. After 12 weeks of treatment, 100% of patients self-rated their post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation lesions improved, most felt a reduction of 50% or more (91.7%), with an average satisfaction score. is 7.7/10.
Conclusion: White leaf skin lightening kit is an effective and safe product in the treatment of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
